As a dietary supplement, take two servings (4 soft gels) daily for the first four to eight weeks to optimize results. After feeling results, you may maintain the same benefits with one serving (2 soft gels) daily. OmegaXL can be taken all at once, or twice daily, however a consistent routine is necessary with any supplement.
OmegaXL is not a drug that works on an "as needed" basis. It is a dietary supplement that must be taken daily to be effective.

We suggest 4 gel capsules daily, preferably with a meal, for the first 8 weeks. All 4 may be taken at once, or two in the morning and two at night -- whatever works best for you. You may begin to feel improvement after 2 weeks but expect the best results after 8 weeks of daily use.
OmegaXL contains molluscan shellfish oil. Our proprietary extraction process removes the allergenic proteins. If you have an allergy, it is best to introduce any new supplement into your diet under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
OmegaXL is a dietary supplement. The FDA does not approve dietary supplement products before they go to market. However, the FDA does oversee the industry. They routinely conduct on-site inspections and review product information to ensure that supplements meet or exceed quality standards.
