GREAT HEALTHWORKS 30-DAY STANDARD RETURN POLICY (LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING)

Great HealthWorks is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase of its products. However, should you change your mind about your purchase of a Great HealthWorks product, you may return eligible orders for a refund (less shipping and handling), subject to the terms of the applicable policy.
This policy does not apply to most purchases of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport. Only OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport sold as part of a "bundle" may be eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy (and then only if they meet the other eligibility requirements under this return policy). For all non-bundle purchases of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport, please refer to our OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sport 60-day money back guarantee policy to determine whether you are eligible for a refund of those purchases.
For all other Great HealthWorks products, whether sold individually or as part of any product bundles (which may include bundles containing OmegaXL and/or OmegaXL Sport), you may return eligible orders of fully sealed, unused individual product(s) or bundles during the first 30 days after your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling under this 30-day standard return policy.
To be eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy, you must:
- be located in the United States or Canada;
- have purchased your Great HealthWorks product(s) that you wish to return directly from Great HealthWorks (by phone or on our website); and
- for product bundles: return all bundled products (including all OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sport bottles shipping as part of the bundle) together in one package.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy:
- any orders of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport except if sold as part of a bundle (which is clearly and expressly identified as a bundle using the word "bundle" in the product or offer description);
- any opened or unsealed bottles or boxes of otherwise eligible Great HealthWorks product;
- any empty (or partially empty) bottles or boxes of otherwise eligible Great HealthWorks product;
- promotional or free product that may have been included with your purchases of any Great HealthWorks products;
- any Great HealthWorks products purchased through retailers or online third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Walmart.com, or eBay);
- any Great HealthWorks products purchased outside of the United States of America or Canada;
- any Great HealthWorks products purchased more than 30 days before the return date; and
- shipping and handling charged on any orders.
Additionally, Great HealthWorks reserves the right to refuse, in its sole discretion, returns and refunds under this return policy in case of fraud, abuse of this return policy, excessive order quantities, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Please note:
For any Great HealthWorks products you purchased through a retailer or an online third-party marketplace, please contact that retailer or marketplace for information on their applicable return policy.
Return Process for Eligible Orders
If you are eligible for a refund for your purchase of Great HealthWorks product(s) under this 30-day standard return policy, please follow the following return process to return your product(s) and receive your refund:
- If you are an auto-ship customer:
- First, cancel your auto-ship subscription and, second, return to us the fully sealed, unused product(s) from your most recent order, including all free products, no later than 30 days after the date of your most recent purchase.
- If you are not an auto-ship customer:
- Simply return to us the fully sealed, unused product(s) from your order, including all free products, no later than 30 days after the date of your purchase.
If you are returning any products that were sold as a part of a bundle (whether as part of an auto-ship or as a one-time purchase), you must return to us all products in that bundle, all in fully sealed, unused condition, in one package and within that same 30-day period to be eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy.
You must pre-pay all return shipping. C.O.D. returns are not accepted. We recommend that you keep the tracking number until you receive your refund, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Return of less than all eligible purchases may result in a partial refund or denial of a refund.
Please allow up to 30 days after our receipt of your eligible return for us to process your return and issue a refund (less shipping and handling).
The refund will be in US Dollars and in the amount of the original purchase price charged in US Dollars (less shipping and handling); therefore, if your purchase was made using a non-US method of payment (such as a foreign credit or debit card), please note that the refund amount may vary from the amount originally charged to your non-US method of payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates and any cross-border or international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution or card issuer. These fees, along with any conversion charges applied by your bank, are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed.
